Carol Norman is a veteran in the real estate world. Having being originally licensed in 1973, she started in new home sales in the Fayette County, GA area with Trammell Real Estate Company. She then earned her Broker’s license and acted as the Managing Broker for Trammell’s Riverdale office for several years. At the same time, she was also the Broker of her own company in Jonesboro, GA.

Carol bought her first property at the Lake Oconee area in 1984 and moved here full-time in 1985. She was only one of two agents to receive the prestigious Million Dollar Club award in 1992. She then joined Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty and received the “Realtor of the Decade” award and has been the only agent to have that honor thus far. Sycamore Oconee Real Estate was honored to have her join their team in the summer of 2007.

Carol is a proud wife, mother of 6, grandmother of 17 and great grandmother of 2. She also holds a Broker’s license in the state of West Virginia and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation .
