Nancy N. Copelan joined Sycamore Oconee Real Estate in January 2007 where she is a full-time agent. Nancy has a BBA in marketing from Texas A&M University and enjoys using her marketing background in her real estate career. She is married to George Copelan and is proud to be a member of a family with local roots going back over 250 years. Nancy and her husband are members of Fork Chapel United Methodist Church in Greshamville where she has been an adult class Sunday school teacher. She has been an active fund raiser for the Lake Oconee Regional Humane Society with the help of her cocker spaniel, Hooty Bea. Last year my family and I had decided to relocate to northern Georgia from Florida. After having our home listed with another realtor for six months and no nibbles, Nancy visited and provided us with outstanding advice about how to prepare our home to sell. Within hours of listing our home, we found visible street signs and info tubes were in place, video was shown on all local TV channels, cutting edge virtual tours could be viewed from anywhere in the world via internet, cd’s and detailed information were available for potential buyers in the home, and the REALTOR’s caravan was scheduled.
