Having been licensed since 2002, Cynthia has quickly climbed to the top of her profession by earning a spot in the prestigious Million Dollar Club every year since 2003. She has earned the Spirit Award, and has been the number one selling and listing agent at her previous company for two years in a row. A local with 4 generations having lived in Putnam County, Cynthia can offer her clients local knowledge that is unparalleled. Whether helping her clients with their search for homes or land, Cynthia considers matching up sellers and buyers to be her specialty. She also is involved in many community activities including Liberty Chapel, Gatewood Schools, and cancer awareness groups. She is married to David Wallace and has a daughter, Heidi Beckham.
