Originally from Niagara Falls, New York, Harold L. Ashley relocated to the Tampa, FL area in the mid 1990’s. He enjoyed an ideal lifestyle, spending five to six summer months at a Canadian lake home that he designed and built. He sold Florida real estate from October to April, specializing in retirement communities. In that situation, he most often worked with out-of-town buyers, sellers, and also with estate sales.

In 2006, Harold relocated to middle Georgia, seeking less traffic and more trees and found Georgia’s Lake Country, Lake Oconee & Lake Sinclair.

In 2007, Harold obtained his broker’s license and is an ASSOCIATE BROKER with Sycamore Oconee Real Estate.

Harold is married to Jane K. Smith, an account executive for Cumulus Broadcasting in Macon.
